Consultants is an accounting, tax and financial advisory practice established
and based in Durban.
Our sole mission is to help grow
small to medium sized businesses by ensuring that the financial function is
taken care of at an affordable price.
We offer a variety of services
including monthly accounting, annual financial statement compilations,
independent reviews, payroll, secretarial, tax compliance, tax planning, cash
flow structuring, deceased estate valuations and other management consulting
services. We handle the entire financial function from start up compliance to
full fledged compliance with requirements of the Companies Act, SARS, King 4,
CIPC and other applicable regulations and legislation.
